HOW DO I ORDER

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product page and place a number in the Quatity box to indicate the number of each Underwater Explorer you wish to purchase.

After your Order has been received we will send you a Confirmation email detailing your postal costs and total amount due.

Payment options will also be detailed in the Confirmation Email. We accept credit card payment via PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit payments.We also accept Australian bank cheques and money orders by mail.

Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct credit to our bank account. You are also able to print out your order for mailing if you wish to post a payment with your order. All payments MUST be in Australian currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery Information

If the product is in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. At our busy times this may take a little longer but you will be notified in advance and we promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.

All orders are subject to availability. All our products are hand crafted and every design is unique.If you are not happy with the design we select for you we will gladly exchange designs however all postage costs will be the purchasers responsibility.

If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified by e-mail and the value of the goods refunded to you.

What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?

We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. However, if there is an unexpected shortage of a particular product we will email you immediately and let you know.

If an item is no longer available for order we will contact you immediately so you may revise your order.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are dispatched within two business days from when you place your order. All customers will receive a courtesy email when their order has been dispatched.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation email.

You will be notified of delivery charges in your confirmation email. The most cost effective postal option will always be used

Outside Australia
To minimise the freight costs, charges will be calculated on the weight of the order. We will advise you by email of the freight cost and await your confirmation prior to further processing.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
